Our in-house tool shop ensures precision, speed, and fully customized solutions.

Injection Molding Processes & Technologies
We cover compact, multi-component, and micro-injection molding as well as thermoplastic and elastomer processing. Hot- and cold-runner systems, plus insert/outsert techniques, complete our portfolio.

Materials
We work with over 180 thermoplastics – from PVC to PEEK – as well as thermoplastic elastomers, elastomers and Carbotecture materials.

Assemblies & Production
We assemble complete modules with mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic components – from prototype to large-scale production.
