The Bosch eBike ABS and the MAGURA ABS braking components together form a highly precise system that enables controlled and accurate braking – especially in critical situations. For the 2025 model year, Bosch is introducing two new modes with the ABS Pro for demanding mountain bikers, and MAGURA is expanding its own ABS lineup with compatible components.
Correct braking is not an art, but also a question of technique! More than five years ago (2018), Bosch eBike and MAGURA brought ABS components to bikes for the first time. The result of years of development work and the vision for greater safety and control on bicycles. The combined expertise of Bosch in eBike systems and ABS, along with MAGURA’s long-standing experience with braking components in motorcycle ABS systems, guarantees the perfect interplay of all components. The collaboration between the two companies paved the way for a success story.
Alongside the introduction of the new Bosch ABS Pro and the two modes, ABS Trail Pro and ABS Race, MAGURA is expanding its lineup of ABS components. In the 2025 model year, MAGURA will offer a total of three braking systems compatible with the Bosch eBike ABS.
New, in addition to the well-known MT C ABS disc brake, are now combinations with the MT7 and GUSTAV PRO. The MT7 is newly compatible with ABS Pro (ABS Trail Pro & ABS Race modes), and the GUSTAV PRO expands the lineup with versatile compatibility with the ABS modes Touring, Allroad, and Trail. Additionally, MAGURA is expanding its ABS lineup with new ABS brake discs and sensor rings, as well as lever options.
With a broad ABS line-up, MAGURA once again confirms its own vision of increased safety and control through electronically assisted braking.
